Binary Zone PD Catalogue #5 Here we have the fifth catalogue update to be released into the wild by Binary Zone PD! This one is a bit special as it was such a whopper it spilled over onto TWO pages! As well as containing a succulent selection of demo disks it also contained FOUR double-sided utility disks and two new PD games disks. There's some really great demo releases in this update including a superb double-sided digi demo disk (BZD153), some very polished releases including 'Justincase' by Graffity (BZD156) and 'Delirious 10' (Genesis Project), some great Compunet demos (BZD162), and superb demos from Triad (BZD167), Cosmos Designs (BZD171), Flash (BZD175) and the extremely popular 'Legoland' demo from Fairlight which features ray-tracing on the C64 (BZD178)! This update also contained details of the re-released Binary Zone Audio Tape Range. I seem to remember the original C64 PD Music Mix tape I recorded was used so much I managed to wear it out (or it got chewed up in the tape deck) which prompted me to recorded a new and improved version. Years later I revisited the first C64 PD Music Mix tape and digitally re-recorded all the tracks for a special 2xCD edition - details of which can be found HERE. All you Amiga music fans out there may be interested to hear I'll be releasing a special new double-CD version of 'Amiga PD Music Mix 1' later this year to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the original tape version!
