Shipping & Returns

Stock Items:

All stock items are dispatched from the Binary Zone Interactive HQ via FIRST CLASS UK Post within 3 days of you placing an order online. When you first place your order it will be given the status 'Processing' and as soon as the item/s have been posted the status of your order will be changed to 'Dispatched'. You will receive an automatic email confirmation from the system when you have placed an order and you will also receive another email when your order has been dispatched.

Ordering Non-Stock Items:

Please note that certain items are produced to order and are not held in stock - these can take up to 7 days to be produced and dispatched as they are manufactured by other companies.

Ordering By Post:

To order by post simply place the items you require in your basket and then click CHECKOUT when you are done. Choose your postal method and then select 'Check/Money Order' as your payment method. Your order will then be submitted to the Binary Zone Interactive team and will the status will be changed to 'Delivered' after we have received your cleared payment. Please note that it can take up to 5 working days for a Cheque to clear. Postal Orders are cleared straight away (please only send UNCROSSED Postal Orders). Please make your Cheque / Postal Order payable to J S Mackenzie and post your payments to:

Postal Rates:

The postal rates are calculated according to the weight of the item/s you place in your shopping cart. The cost of posting the goods is calculated automatically by the online store using the current Royal Mail postal rates. For your protection orders above certain values use services which will allow us to track items (some will require a signature on delivery). The services we use are as follows:

Orders below £10.00 - 1st Class STANDARD DELIVERY (Large Letter). Orders from £10.00 to £35.00 - 1st Class RECORDED DELIVERY (Large Letter). Orders from £35.00 to £70.00 - 1st Class RECORDED DELIVERY (Packet). Orders above £70.00 - SPECIAL DELIVERY (Next Day Delivery).

Overseas Orders:

If you are ordering from outside the UK your order will be dispatched using AIRMAIL postage. Items will take approx 3-5 days to reach countries in the EU and approx 7-10 days to reach the rest of the world.

IBAN Payments:

If you would like to order from outside the UK and pay for items using an IBAN payment (where the money is sent directly to my bank account) then all you need to do is place your order online and select CHECK/MONEY ORDER for your payment. Make a note of the TOTAL cost of your order (including the P&P) and then make the payment at your bank using the following details:

Checking Order Status:

You can check the status of your order at any time by logging in and then viewing your account details. If the status of your order has been changed to 'Delivered' you will know the Binary Zone goodies are on their way to you.

Dispatch Times:

Where possible we try to operate a 3 day turnaround on all orders placed on the Binary Zone Interactive website. If, for any reason, there will be a delay with an order a member of the Binary Zone Interactive team will contact you with an approximate ETA of your order.

Returns:

If you receive a damaged item you must inform us within 7 days so that we can submit a claim to the Royal Mail and organise a replacement for you. In the unlikely event of you receiving the incorrect item please contact the Binary Zone Interactive team with the details of what you have received so we can organise a replacement package and the return of the incorrect item. Binary Zone Interactive will reimburse you for the postage of any incorrectly posted goods that are returned to the Binary Zone Interactive HQ.
